“ OMGGGGGG this place is beyond my words!!! Shout out to the chef! Try it out for sure if you have time to dine in at Mexico City airport. We went to the gate 52 location. Amazing service; our server was Alejandro Arroyo and shout out to the epitome of customer service this young man has! Not only did he overhear our conversation about sharing but instead recommended a better option since we were gonna order separate dishes. He offered us to share a salad and the arrachera (beef flank) plate with side dishes. He brought us 4 different sauces - 3 are a part of it and 1 was like the Mexican hot chile version made with Worcestershire sauce, like, jalapeno and who knows what else, but it's amazing with the beef! Alcoholic drinks - definitely try their mezcal. Get the 2 drinks with "Frutos rojos con mezcal creyente joven y Cobala mezcal". Highly recommend this place. ”

“ I was blown away by such a great place at an airport though my attraction number one was being an Argentine inspired concept, I had a French dip sandwich. I didn't have time, I ordered guacamole which was a very generous size. The sandwich itself amazing...the first half...the second half was missing meat. I was seating next to a nice lady Fernanda...who was kind and quick to get my server and get me on my way. My mule was yum and the jarrito...very beautiful. ”

When you are travelling and you are hungry at an airport it’s very difficult to find a meal and even worse when it’s gluten free, luckily for us we found Lomo Linda Grill, I ate delicious and scrumptious tacos, my mum and her friend had soups, also I had a pretty cold and amazing Mezcalita which its a drink with Mezcal and berries. Even the water tasted... well, like exceptionally good water, a rarity in this arid landscape of lukewarm coffee and questionable pastries. It’s a little gem, this Loma Linda. A tiny, vibrant cactus flower blooming defiantly in a desert where most eateries offer the gastronomic equivalent of tumbleweeds. You half expect a mariachi band to spontaneously appear, serenading the sheer perfection of their guacamole. If you find yourself stranded in the restaurant wasteland of Gate 4, seek out Loma Linda. Rushing through the airport, I stumbled upon this unassuming Mexican spot and decided to try their Tacos De Lomo. What followed was a revelation. The tender, perfectly seasoned lomo (beef tenderloin) was nestled in fresh, hand-made blue corn tortillas that still carried the earthy aroma of masa. Each taco was dressed with simple but bold and fresh ingredients – no fancy sauces or unnecessary frills. This is where American fine dining often misses the mark – complexity doesn’t equal quality. These airport tacos, in their beautiful simplicity, delivered more authentic flavor and satisfaction than elaborate 30 “gourmet” tacos I’ve had at trendy restaurants. The chef here understands that when your ingredients are fresh and your technique is sound, you don’t need to complicate things. The modest presentation belied the extraordinary care taken with each element. Even the housemade salsa served alongside had a depth of flavor that spoke to generations of culinary wisdom. If you’re passing through and have even 15 minutes to spare, do yourself a favor and experience these tacos. They’re a powerful reminder that true Mexican cuisine isn’t about fusion concepts or Instagram-worthy presentations – it’s about honoring ingredients and traditions with reverence and skill.
